Our coffee is the result of a
combination of varieties of
coffee processed with the
washed method: the fruits
after harvest are stripped,
pocked, washed and then
dried. They come from
South America, Central
America and Caribbean,
Africa and Asia; most
belong to the Arabica and
Robusta species, dosed in
the right quantity to get a
high quality coffee.
Blending takes place
before and not after
roasting, a more complex
and demanding operation,
but the only one that gives
coffee a balanced and
constant taste over time.
